4. Acceptable Use

5. Subscription and Billing

• No refunds for partial months or unused services

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI systems generate content and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed before use
• We do not guarantee accuracy of AI outputs
• You are responsible for compliance with real estate laws
• Professional judgment should supplement AI recommendations

8. Data and Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ApexBroker.ai SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service:

• For violation of these terms
• For fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior
• At our discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
