I represent buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across Northern Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC — commercial space and homes, on both sides of the Potomac.

I have been licensed since 2014 and hold active licences in all three jurisdictions. That matters more than it sounds: most searches in this region cross a state line at some point, and a client should not have to start over with a new agent when theirs does.

Over a hundred closed transactions later, across residential and commercial. The residential side came first — more than eighty of them at Redfin, working with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William and out to Warrenton. Sales and leases both, which is unusual and useful: a landlord and a seller want different things from the same building.

Since 2022 most of my work has been commercial — retail and office leasing in the District, and broker opinions of value for owners weighing a hold, a lease-up or a sale. That work is mostly arithmetic and patience: what comparable space actually rents for, what the concessions are really worth, and which clauses will cost money in year four.

I speak English, Hindi and Punjabi, and I studied at George Mason University.
