Commercial
Space is a cost line for a business and a yield line for an owner. Both sides need the same thing — real comparables, and someone who reads the lease closely.
Most of my work since 2022 has been retail and office in the District: tenant and landlord representation, and broker opinions of value prepared for ownership groups deciding whether to hold, lease up or sell. Commercial work is not recorded in the residential MLS, so not all of it appears below — ask me and I will walk you through comparable assignments.
Tenant representation
Finding space that fits the business, then negotiating the lease — term, rate, escalations, improvement allowance and the clauses that cost money later.
Landlord representation
Positioning vacant space, pricing it against real comparables, and qualifying the tenants who actually sign.
Broker opinion of value
A written view of what a property is worth today, built from comparable sales and leases, for owners weighing a hold, a sale or a refinance.
Investment sales
Retail, office and mixed-use, from underwriting through settlement.

Talk about a space
The use, the square footage and the timing is enough to start.
